Sunil’s late parents emigrated to the U.K in the 1950’s.

Sunil’s first entrepreneur venture was in school at age 11, where he sold crisps & chocolates taken from home which he would buy back again at a cheaper store making a profit!

Sunil would question everything at school and had a very curious nature, even trying to work out where babies came from at age 8!

Unfortunately Sunil’s parents passed away when Sunil was only 20 years old. At the time Sunil had alcohol & drug problems which led to problems with Violence & gambling.

Sunil decided to stop all addictions which he was successful at and has now been 30 Years alcohol, drugs & gambling Sober.

During Sunil’s youth he was involved with street gangs and had been arrested a few times by the police but is now very proud to be on the right side of the law and motivating & inspiring the world.

Sunil’s entrepreneur journey started because he had to put food in the fridge after his beloved parents passed away. There was not enough money to buy groceries in his house & bailiffs were attending his house for Council Tax debt.

Sunil hated most of his jobs because he could not use his creativity & competitive nature.

Although Sunil was recovering from his addictions he put all his energies into reading books on Wealth Creation.

He then decided to become a Landlord & purchase a council flat to rent.

Sunil tried to raise money from the Prince Youth trust twice but was refused. Than being very desperate he decided to enrol into University just to get a £4800 Student Loan ( Hence the Student Loan Millionaire!) was born.

He used the Student Loan Monies and other borrowed money from his sister & friends and Purchased a council flat in White City W12 for £60,000. This property went up £10,000 in its first year although it was known as a very rough deprived area.

He was advised by all the posh professionals not to buy in this area but the books taught Sunil to be persistent & to ignore the herd.

Then Sunil made a plan to purchase 1 more property every year for 10 years to become a millionaire.

Sunil worked day and night in 3 jobs to raise the deposit funds and used his credit cards etc. Eventually Sunil realised his goal and within 12 years became a Self Made Millionaire.
